With that said, this could be a browser caching issue. Can you try clearing your browser’s cache or using a different browser to see if caching indeed is causing this issue?

I failed to mention that I've moved the site to another development site. Therefore the original link is no longer working.

Hi Ree,

The issue is occurring because there is another Header Element being implemented aside from the one automatically created when importing the Realtor template.

Specifically, the other Header Element which is nullifying the Header Element from Realtor is star.woff.

I believe you are preloading a font through this element?

Can you try adding this through a Hook Element with its hook set to wp_head instead?

In essence there should only be one Header Element assigned to a page for it to work as it should.
