Theme seller - change the text "menu" of the hamburger menu

Hello,
I'm using the seller theme and would like to change the text "menu" by "categories" that is at the right of the hamburger menu on mobile.
Could you, please, help me to do so ?

in Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation you can change Mobile Menu Label.
