Theme reset

I have almost 40+ posts and 3-4 pages and other content in my blog but I want to do a theme reset to start designing it from scratch. How do I reset the theme only for the theme, not the contents?
Hi there,
in Appearance > GeneratePress there is an option to Reset the Theme Settings.
That will not delete any of my contents, right?
It will NOT delete any of your content.
It will simply reset all the Customizer Settings.
