Theme is clashing with Wordpress Block Editor

Hello,
I am looking at creating my site within the block editor for my homepage but apparently GP is conflicting with the editor according to my hosting company.
The block editor is not visible when GP is active and is only visible when I change themes.
is there anyway around this?

WP debug should fetch errors, any chance you can share it with us so we could have an idea of what's occurring?
