Theme installation failed.

Hello,
I have just bought premium theme and tried to install it on fresh website, but got the following error:
Wordpress version: 5.5.3
Installing theme from uploaded file: gp-premium-1.12.2.zip
Unzipping…Theme is being installed…
Package installation failed. Appearance theme is missing a style.css style file.
Theme installation failed.
Nvm, I tried to upload it in theme section but it had to be done in plugins.
