Theme installation failed.

2 problems:
1) I already had gp-premium 2.1.2 so I just paid for it again. Is there a reason?
gp-premium file folder - date modified 2/9/2022 - 8:38 pm
C:\Users\clmoc\Downloads\gp-premium-2.1.2 (2).zip

2) I have tried and tried to fix this problem. I have changed image sizes, changed font to svg, and other procedures with no avail.

The more I try to fix it the worse it gets. What is the problem?

Not sure if I fully understand. Are you saying that you've been charged twice?
