Theme from the library does not import correctly

Can you share what you see when you import a site library template? Perhaps, screenshots of any errors?

You can share temporary access on the backend if you need help in checking this. You can use the private information text field to provide the site details.

i checked your Dashboard > Tools > Site Health --> Info Server,
And your PHP settings are on the very low side. My minimum spec settings are as follows:

PHP max input variables 4000
PHP time limit 1200
PHP memory limit 256M ( Front end and Admin )
Max input time 600
Upload max filesize 300M
PHP post max size 1000M

Try increasing your server to match those - and then retry the import.

hey, still having troubles
updated minimum specification and then removed all the template etc and retry the import. Still no demo content visible

Is this a completely new site ? If so i would suggest reseting it to a clean install. You can either start up a new site, or use the WP Reset plugin to put it back to a clean site.

Then before performing the Site Library import check that there are no missing modules in the Tools > Site Health.
