theme editor does not appear on dashboard

Hi, I have installed the premium GP on my new website.
I need to enter the GTM code in Head and body. Usually in the appearance menu appears the item "theme editor" where I can go to modify the header.php. But this time it does not appear.
I tried to edit the file by ftp but the changes don't work.
How should I do? And why doesn't the change item appear?

Hi there,
unless you're using a Child Theme, don't edit the Theme files ... as any changes to them will be lost when the Theme is updated.
Instead you can use a Hook Element, this article explains how to use them to add GTM:
