Theme Dynamic CSS file - Protocol Relative

The external Dynamic CSS file generated by the theme is loading protocol relative.

Is it possible to fix?

I have given one sample site but this is happening on all sites.

This has been fixed in GPP 2.0.0, which will enter public alpha testing early next week.
