I was just wondering how Tom has designed his website - https://tomusborne.com/
i have seen many websites with that type of design in which the background design moves with the cursor and i would really want to know how it is created is it Custom Coded GP child theme or with the help of any page builder?

it is all custom code and uses the particles.js library for the background.
