Theme changes not displaying

Hello! Really like the theme and have been playing around with it a bit. Unfortunately, I must have done something wrong because I can no longer change my theme. Or at least, when I activate the theme the changes are not reflected in the site. I have disabled server caching and cleared my browser's cache and cookies. Would appreciate any help you can provide, thanks!

Edit - think I've fixed it, phew!
