My website is built on GP child and I have updated my theme and plugin too. But it is lost my design, color, and typography and the new update is really weird.
What I do for getting my all customization back.
Hi there,
Can you link to the site w/ the issue and explain a bit more on the stylings that were lost?
Can you also check if the child theme is still activated? Let us know. :D
I'm much confused about how to use typography and sizes in the new update.

Sorry, I guess. I have been accidentally reset all my customization settings. That's why my all fonts and color were lost.
That is not a big problem but in the new update Team, GP lost some features that were in the previous version.
And Finally, I'm a little bit troubling in the typography section.

If that's the case then we can't retrieve it, unfortunately.

Can you specify which features are you pertaining to?
If it's about the typography,
The UI changed but the options are actually increased. You can still style all the previous settings that were fixed w/ the dropdown.
You just need to click the Add typography for every "Target Element" you need to style - https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuPpY7v
Ya, I'm doing the same thing that you shared in your link screenshot, but I think I'm missing the sidebar and footer widgets text sizes. That is not available in this update (I'm not talking title text sizes).
Am I right?
There is any way to get my old typography customization dashboard.
Please suggest.
Hi there,
It's a good idea to use the new system, as the old system will be deprecated and no longer supported in the future.
The new system has a custom target feature so you can target whatever you like. For example:
1. Add Typography
2. Search elements > Custom
3. Custom CSS selector: .sidebar .widget
Now the settings you change will affect your sidebar text.
For the footer widgets, add another Typography element and set this custom selector: .footer-widgets .widget
Hope this helps!
Sounds good, Tom.
Thank you so much.
No problem! :)
