Theme and Child Theme errors

Hey team,
I have been having many, many problems with this website recently, most due to Woocommerce I hasten to add. As we explore the many errors, we have come across these two, which Woocommerce have suggested I raise with you.

The first appears to be with the GP Theme itself;
2022-09-13T05:40:28+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function create_function() in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/generatepress/functions.php:10

The other is with my Child Theme;
2022-09-13T06:06:06+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function generate_do_microdata() in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/themes/generatepress-child/header.php:20

Are you able to offer any ideas as to what these errors are and how I can resolve these?
