The trouble with the header

Hello,
I have added the page URL in the private section.
I don't know why there is a doubleheader showing? It's a bit strange. Can you please check.
Hi Dev,
It seems your site is missing some CSS.
Can you disable all your cache/performance plugin to test?
If you have server level cache enable, please also clear that.
Let me know!
Hello,
I have deactivated the cache and performance plugins and cleared the server-level cache as well.
Please let me know further.
Hi there,
From my end, I’m only seeing one Header from the link you attached above. Also tried checking other pages and didn’t see duplication of your Header.
To confirm, are you still seeing double Headers? If so, kindly clear your browser’s caching or try viewing the site from a different browser/device.
Kindly let us know.
Hello,
The same issue is again coming back. Please check the below screenshot.
I have deactivated the cache and performance plugins and cleared the server-level cache. And I have added that page link in the private box.
Please let me know further.

Check your site in an incognito/private browser ( no caching ) and if possible on a different network to eliminate router or ISP caches causing an issue.
Hello,
Thanks. After disabling the cache and performance plugins, the issue gets disappeared.
But as I enabled them and then checked, the issue is again there.
Can you tell me what I need to fix?
First off , if you have separate Performance and Cache plugins. Make sure that ONLY one of them is doing CSS optimizations.
If the issue persists then you will need to eliminate which of the plugins CSS optimizations is causing the issue by enabling each setting one at a time.
Thanks, it was due to some Perfmatters settings.
Glad to hear you found the issue.
