The submenu items are not scrollable to the very bottom on mobile

My primary navigation menu is sticky and I have set it to show only on scroll up.

There seems to be a theme bug or some clash with a plugin.

When I tap open the submenu items on both ios and android, it gets stuck after scrolling to a particular point in the submenu dropdown at the bottom of the phone screen even though there are more submenu items and also parent items below. It is not possible to see them.

This issue becomes even more prominent on smaller screen mobiles.
