The sidebar is not working

Hi! I am trying to add the sidebar to the blog list or to any other page on my website, and it doesn't work. I tried to apply everythig I read on this forum but anything has work yet. Can you help me?

No, the customizer is not working. I select any option and anything changes. And no. I havn¡t create any layot element.
That's strange. Haven't had any other reports on this.

I don't see a sidebar is activated on your site currently, if you have it activated in the customizer, could you purge your cache and disable cache plugin to test?

I offered you a user to access de web. Can you try to access and see the configuration? If you access to the blog /blog you can see that in the configuration it is active but it doesn't appear on the code.
I tried to remove wp rocket before and nothing happend.
The login link doesn't work for me, I assume it recognize my IP as an insecure one and prevent me from login.
I think remove wp rocket does work, the product page and blog page do have a sidebar now:
