Hello, I had not accessed my website for a while due to some issues, and now I have entered and I find that the website is broken, why is it?
Then I am about to put the search console HTML code in <head> </head>, I give it to save changes and this appears.

It looks like one of your hook elements is causing the issue.
Are you able to disable all of them for now?
I have disabled all of them, and it shows me the blank web, without any content

This error means that the generate_secondary_navigation_position() function is being used in one of your Hook Elements, but the Secondary Navigation module isn't activated.
So, you can either:
1. Remove this hook, or at least the function from the hook.
2. Activate the Secondary Navigation module
If your site is just blank, just the error_log for the most recent error. Feel free to share it with us.
I don't know how to do that, could you explain it to me step by step? since I have tried to search and have not found

looks like you're using the Dispatch site, go to Dashboard > Appearance > Elements.
Find the element titled: Secondary Navigation you can delete this Element.
Ok, I have already solved it, but what is the explanation so that from one day to the next it stops working because of "secondary navigation"
If you have removed the Header Elementor or Enabled the Secondary Navigation then that error should not exist. It should not be an intermittent error
