    So you don’t want that post navigation at all?

    If so simply go to Appearance > Elements and remove the Custom Post Navigation element.

    is there any way out other than this? I am using iThemes security plugin. Which part I have to tweak?

    I would recommend checking with their support.

    If you show them the error, they should be able to tell you how to enable PHP execution.
