The mini cart is not displayed correctly

Hello! Recently I just realized that the mini cart is not showing.
When the cart is empty it shows nothing, and it only shows when there is a product added to the cart and I am on a product page.
But the mini cart is not shown on the home page, in the store, etc.
It is only shown on the product page.
Can you help me with this?
Hmm, the li element should have this class: has-items
Without it, the menu won't show.
I wonder if there's caching involved preventing the class from showing up? For example, it's working everywhere here: https://gpsites.co/merch/

I really have no idea about that, I'm a newbie in programming.
But on my site I have WP Rocket + KeyCDN installed and I have not really touched anything related to what you indicate.
So what happens if you deactivate WP Rocket? I would create a staging site so you can turn things off without affecting the live site.
Hello Tom! The problem is not WP Rocket.
I have already tried deactivating it and the problem continued.
However, try another plugin and apparently it is the problem.

That sounds like it's loading the page before the code knows there are items in the cart. Not sure if there's a way around that, but you can ask the plugin author.
