The link box shoots to the top of the page

That's strange - we haven't recieved other reports on this and I'm not able to replicate it on my end.

Have you tried #1 here to eliminate conflicts from elsewhere first?

If that doesn't help, can you keep the third-party plugins disabled and provide the dashboard access for us to take a look?
