The header sections becomes too big and weird

Hi, I think there is a code above the header that makes the menu sag which makes the site look bad and unprofessional. Please help me so that it's intact and smooth. The site is https://thedigitalanu.com/
I would appreciate it if you help me display breadcrumbs and also install a generate press child theme for me without breaking or losing the site design I am using generatepress premium.

I'm not fully sure what you mean by "sag" on the menu. Can you explain a bit more?
Perhaps provide a screenshot of what you perceive as "sagging" and let us know what's your preferred layout for it?
As for the breadcrumbs:
You can install a plugin for this. SEO plugins normally does this for you. Rankmath and Yoast have shortcodes for this which you can hook in to where you want. :D
As for having a child theme:

I am using Rankmath Pro I have enabled breadcrumbs but it is not showing.

that extra space is coming from an empty Advert Container that is being inserted into the header.
How are you adding adverts ? Are the auto-ads ? if so you need to tell them to exclude the header.
