The H1 tags are not indexed as h1 tag

the h1 tags are not appearing in SEO audit as h1 tag and making an issue the theme is not using h1 as h1 we have confirmed it by looking at the source code of the page no h1 tags are being represented as h1.

if its only the Home Page then you have choices:

1. Add a Site Title to display in Customizer > Site Identity. On the Home Page the Theme will set this as the H1.
2. Add your H1 using a Block Element - Page Hero:
