Hi,
It's a bit strange. I don't know why html tags aren't stripped within my excerpts (neither on the blog page, neither with WP_SHOW_POSTS on the homepage). This only happens if I'm using the Read More tag. I believe I should not use excerpts, at least for the moment...

WordPress strips all HTML in excerpts by default UNLESS if you use the More Tag: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-more-tag/
If you don't want the HTML to be included then try using the Excerpts length in the customizer: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/blog-overview/#blog-content
I think I just won't use the More Tag !
(I had nod activated the blog module yet : waouw, big and enjoyable surprises!)
