The Events Calendar Plugin Causing High CPU usage

Hi,
Recently a client has added two plugins
The Events Calendar and
The Events Calendar Colors

To the website I built for them.

What has brought this to my attention was the CPU usage on my server has rocketed.
After some investigation https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/the-events-calendar-list-view-conflict/ it would seem that High CPU usage and The Events Calendar plugin are not uncommon.

My question is – can this plugin be successfully configured with Generatepress?

I installed the Query Monitor plugin and that brought up this error message

file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect.

File(C:\inetpub\vhosts\horsforthgolfclub.co.uk\httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/

C:\inetpub\vhosts\horsforthgolfclub.co.uk\httpdocs/wp-content/languages/plugins/tribe-common-en_GB.mo) is not within the allowed path(s):

(C:/Inetpub/vhosts/horsforthgolfclub.co.uk\;C:\Windows\Temp\)

I am not sure what to make of this – most plugins seem to install in the correct directory by default, but this would appear not to be the case.

Any thoughts of suggestions welcome.
