I leave screenshot for you to see the problem. If I change to another theme it is corrected, and if I disconnect all the plugins, the failure follows with what is of its theme.

Thats not normal behaviour so something else must be interfering.
Do you have any custom functions in a child theme or the hook elements ?
No, also as I have commented I deactivate everything. I don't leave a plugin connected. Just the theme without more. And there is no custom CSS or anything. Not even child theme.
I leave test access for you to watch if you want:
In Customizer > Layout > Container - can you increase the Width value - its currently set to 0.
That was just it.
