    Does the Happy Forms free version work for you? It’s about sending the form, because it doesn’t just get gray and hang.

    I wouldn’t write it here, but you do add this add-on to some of the themes at the factory. I’ve already written to support the add-on, but no answer at the moment.

    Hi there,

    we had no other reported issues – but i cannot access your site as i am getting a 403 Forbidden error…. if you can fix that then i can take a look at whats going wrong with the form.

    OKAY. the website works and the form still does not work. It must be a page error because on Firefox, Edge and Chrome it does not work without blocking add-ons.

    Sorry are you referring to browser extensions here?

    It doesn’t work on clean browsers. From plugins on WordPress I have: Generate block Pro, GP premium, GP social share, Woocommerce, Wp show post. In the meantime, the HappyForms plugin was updated, but it didn’t help. I uninstalled and installed and still the same.

    Can you try disabling GP social share? I know that plugin (not made by us) causes some issues from time to time.

    I disabled all plugins still the same.

    What have I already tried to do:
    – downgraded PHP 8 version -> 7.4
    – I disabled Hotlink protection
    – I disabled all plugins except GeneratePress
    – I tried different browsers
    – I reset and reinstalled the plug

    still the same. Does my form work for you?

    No the site is returning a 500 server error when the submit button is pressed.
    Ask your Host to see if they can identify the cause of the 500 error.

    I know this topic is 3 months old but I landed here after googling the same issue.

    In my case it came from a conflict between the form and my server’s cPanel PageSpeed mod settings. It was solved by unchecking “Move CSS Above Scripts”.
