I have Generatepress child theme and there is text in my site I want to remove: the background of the site is WordPress.
How do I do that? I wonder where did this text appeared, because I have same kind of situation in other sites, without that text.
Hi there,
I can't get your site to load. Can you double check?
By default the child theme should be empty. Can you try downloading one from here?

No random text should show when you activate that child theme.
I wonder if there could be something wrong with the original Generatepress installation? Because I have no footer.php at all in there. Maybe I should do installation again?
I have tried to chance the original theme instead of child theme and same text is there also.
That's not coming from the theme itself for sure.
Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?
If that doesn't work, then try re-installing the theme and premium plugin.
You won't lose any of your customizations.
Make sure to use a child theme from here so there won't be any issues:

Broblem solved. New installing the theme and premium plugin helped.
No problem :)
