Text wrap on header

Hi there,
I have a header that is too long on mobile view, but the text doesn't wrap onto the next line:
(Note that I have turned off breaking words in word wrap, as I hate to see text dissected. This is not what I want - I want the word 'Contractors' to drop to the next line to remain in the viewport, NOT the actual word to be split in half, iyswim).
The default behaviour of h1 is to wrap, so why is it sticking to the same line here?
Can anyone help?

If you view the headline in the Text or HTML editor, is there this characters between words?:
If so, replace it with a regular space.
I couldn't see it in the inspector, and I couldn't see it in the html, but I deleted the space on the page and reinserted it anyway, and guess what - it's fixed!!
