Text only showing in mobile view

Hey guys,
I am using the JAVA site library as a base and deleted the two JAVA images in my media pool. When I check my site in mobile view, the JAVA still shows up though. See screenshot here: 
It does not show up in my Editor of the Home page at all though, any idea how to either remove it or replace it with another Text to display over the navigation bar perhaps?

go to Customizer > Layout > Header and update the Mobile Header logo / branding.
Awesome, thanks! That was easy :) If I would like to have a header on all my pages/blogposts etc saying MONTENEGRO TOWER, what would be the easiest way to achieve this?
Customizer > Site Identity - you can set the Site Title to display.
And you can set that as the Branding type for the Mobile header too.
Thanks, just checked it and it seems like I can not change the style of the text though? Or do I need to go into another widget for that?
In Customizer > Typography, you can choose the Site Title from the Elements list when you add a new Typography.
Thanks! I changed the size and font, but cant seem to change the color? Is that only possible with added CSS? Also, would I be able to attach a logo as well to display next to it?

To modify the color of the Site Title, you may go to Appearance > Customize > Colors > Header: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guKqr2e

Thanks! Is it also possible to have 2-3 lines of text as a header, each with different fonts and colours? Or replace the text with a logo? Site should still be responsive of course.
If you would like to add a logo, you may do so in Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.
If you would like to add 2-3 text with different colors, you may do so by creating a Block Element with 3 Headline Blocks with a Spacing setting of inline width. Then, hook this block to something like after_logo or before_navigation.

Thanks, looking at the hook options in the "Location" drop down menu, I am unable to find the two suggested locations sadly?

I cant seem to get the setup as desired though, what I like to achieve is replicate the exact way this logo looks on the image here and have the "Coworking & Bar - Montenegro - Tower" appearing on the spot where my page title sits now.
The Tower is Marykate font, so i would have to import that first but I cant even get the three headlines to appear underneath each other, only next to each other.

Inline width option makes the headlines sit on the same row. Can you link us to your site where I can see your current layout?
