Usually website host offer this service, you can contact them for details.
If they don’t, you can use a backup plugin:

They belong to the “all plugins except GP Premium” group, so yes, deactivate them all.
resolved. My website host was able to remove the code that was breaking my website. I had tried deactivating all the themes including GP but the problem persisted and even continued when I changed the theme
