Text invisible in backend

Hi,
This is a follow up on https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/text-is-white-in-wordpress-backend-content-post-editor/.
This is my problem: my body base background is set to dark blue, but the background of the back-end remains white. Since I use white text, it's hard to change anything. If I change the background color of the block, the background image for the page doesn't show anymore.
More info provides in the private info, as asked for.
Thank you,
Eva
Hi Eva,
I would add the background image to the very outside container block on the front page instead of using CSS to add to the body.

Then create a header element to merge the header/navigation with the content.
This video shows how to do the merge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TP8mgBQTgGg&t=1s&ab_channel=GeneratePress
Let me know if this helps :)
Hi Ying,
That was a good idea. The site was made before blocks were available...
I have adjusted it now the way you described, and I think it all works fine now. Now I have to adjust some things on mobile :-)
Thank you for your help!
Eva
Glad it works, you are welcome Eva :)
