This is the page I’m diagnosing:
Why on Earth do the Headlines keep changing text and background color? On desktop, they are all correct — the colors that I made them using the block editor. On mobile, they are the wrong color, font, and even size and alignment. What is going on here?August 15, 2022 at 11:02 am #2313665YingStaffCustomer Support
I checked the page on desktop and mobile, every headline is using the same color across devices.
Let me know which specific headline you are referring to, I will give it another check.August 15, 2022 at 1:02 pm #2313749Marketing
I’m talking about the “Video & Aerial” and “Twilight & Enhancements” headlines in particular. On my phone they appear with no color background, and as different text colors.August 15, 2022 at 2:10 pm #2313794YingStaffCustomer Support
Both headlines have no background color on my end, neither desktop nor mobile.
So does the background color only show when you logged in as admin?
If so, it sounds like a cache issue, can you make sure all cache is cleared including server cache and browser cache?
Or disable all cache plugins and cache features in your server settings to test.August 15, 2022 at 2:39 pm #2313808Marketing
Yes, it only displays properly (the way I have set the text) when I am logged in as admin. I tried resetting the cache already, but I have just tried again, and cleared my client side cache as well, and it still appears incorrectly — as you have shown in the screenshot.August 15, 2022 at 2:43 pm #2313812Marketing
Actually, I’m realizing now that I see an entirely different version of the page when I’m logged in as admin — multiple stlying elements are totally broken when viewing from a non-cached browser or on mobile. What is going on?August 15, 2022 at 2:44 pm #2313814YingStaffCustomer Support
I would recommend disabling all your cache plugins for now to test.August 15, 2022 at 2:47 pm #2313819Marketing
I only have one — WPRocket. I disabled it and that seems to have solved the issue, but I need some kind of cache plugin for site speed reason — is there on that is recommended to work with GeneratePress without breaking layouts, or should I just wait to activate it until I am done with all layouts, or do you have any other recommendation?
Thanks.August 15, 2022 at 3:07 pm #2313831YingStaffCustomer Support

That sounds good, when the site is under development, it’s better not to enable the cache plugin.
If you’d like to try it, here are the recommended settings for Autoptimize (another caching plugin):
