Any help would be much appreciated as I'm a newbie.
I've just updated all my plugins and now in section view only the text editor has disappeared. I've tried disabling all the plugins but that doesn't fix it. I've tried reinstalling wordpress. No luck either. Is there something else I can try?
Thanks heaps,
Genna
Hi there,
Can you show a screenshot of what you are seeing?
So the problem exist even with only GP premium activated?
Hi Leo
Thanks so much for your quick response. :)
That is correct. I disabled all the plugins so on GP premium was active. This didn't fix the problem.
Here is a screen grab.

Interestingly enough the text editor does show up if I view it on my phone. It'd be a bit difficult to edit the site on my phone though. lol.
Thanks heaps,
Genna
Just tried opening it on a different browser and no luck with that either. It's an odd one. ;)
Can you disable all non-GP plugins first and send us the admin access to the site?
You can use the Account Issue here: https://generatepress.com/contact/
Thanks :)
Thanks heaps. Just sent it to you via the account issue form. :)
You are using a very old version of GP premium.
Updating to the latest should fix the problem: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/updating-gp-premium/
Cool I'll try it and let you know :)
Just trying to find where to put the license key but there is no field on the right that says 'updates' under Appearance > GeneratePress
Am I missing something?

Try manually updating first: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/updating-gp-premium/#manually-updating
Make sure you update the theme as well.
All fixed!!! Wohoooo!!!
Thanks so much. You're the best. :)
No problem!
