Suddenly I noticed the word “page” on every page at the bottom (left). All plug-ins deactivated didn’t work. Activated another theme and the word “page” didn’t appear.
With the inspector I was able too delete it.
Could you please check if it is a bug in GP?

Doesn’t look like a bug from GP, otherwise we would have lots of reports on this.
When you tried disable all plugins, that included the caching plugin?
Did you alter the theme’s core file in any ways?
