Terms and Condtions Checkbox

Hi
So apparently the terms and conditions checkbox on checkout violates googles policies when using merchant center/ads you cannot force a customer to accept terms and conditions for purchasing a product on checkout. My account was suspended due to this.
Apparently I need to remove the checkbox code completley not just hide it but I would like to still have the t&cs there.
Any ideas?
Hi there,
you can disable the terms and conditions by removing the page from Terms and conditions list in Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced.
Then you can use a Hook Element to add your own T&C's / Link.
