    Hi,

I’ve created a table with the Generateblocks Grid Block I want to use on another 80 posts.

What’s the best way to duplicate this so I can save time? Thanks!

    Cheers Jodie

    Hi there,

if you’re a GenerateBlocks Pro user, then you can create a Local Pattern.

    https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/pattern-library-overview/#local-patterns

And then you can just add a new pattern block to each page.

if you’re using GB free then select the Container block your grid is in, and CTRL-C to copy the block. Then paste it into a draft page for copying and pasting later.

    Thanks very much David.

We are using GB Free so will do as you suggested.

    Hi David,

A question regarding GenerateBlocks Pro, if I signed up for the paid version, does it make the process any easier/faster?

    Thanks for your help!

    Cheers Jodie

    Hi Jodie,

If you’re looking to create your own templates, GB Pro’s Local Template feature should definitely make the process faster and easier.

For instance, see this short screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/12uR116B

As shown in the screen recording, I pre-built a Local Pattern and then added it to my Post as I would a Block.

You can also modify the content of the Pattern once you’ve added it, and it wouldn’t affect any previously added instances of the pattern nor will it affect the ones you’ll be adding.

Moreover, GB Pro also comes with numerous pre-built patterns you can use as well. You can view them here: https://generateblocks.com/library/

In any case, GB Pro also has a 30-day money-back guarantee in case it doesn’t work as you would like.

Thanks so much Fernando for sharing your use of patterns.

That’s good to know about GBPro.

I will take a look at the library.

    Cheers Jodie
