Template of elementor with genesis not me works

Whenever I try to install elementor template I get this message;
The following error(s) occurred while processing the request:The error message is empty

Sorry are you using GeneratePress or Genesis?

This might be something you need to bring up with the Elementor support team as it seems to be an issue with their importer.
