Hello –
I am working on moving my site over to Generate Press Premium (under the Explore site template). This template has a pre-built home page and as I’m working on customizing it for my site there are some photo display errors I cannot seem to figure out how to fix.
Photo 1: this is from the page builder and where the error resides (circled in red). You can see the template standard logos that were included and that they show correctly in this view.
Photo 2: this is when viewing the page “live” (I’m working in a staging site). You can now see that those logos do not display correctly when live (despite showing as such above).
I have tried replacing these with other logos, other photos, etc. and nothing seems to display correctly. Any ideas what might be the issue?
Thanks!

StaffCustomer SupportThe images are serving from a different URL then the staging site you’ve provided:

Right that’s the default where the theme points to get the current logo (which shows correctly in page builder but not live site). Even when I replace those with my own photos it still doesn’t work, but I’m happy to do that if you want to see it.

The theme doesn’t have the ability to redirect the image – by default it would grab the link from WP media library with your site URL attached to it.
Have you tried to disable all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to test?
Have you tried this yet?
It might be helpful to check with your hosting support as well – maybe some CDN or redirection issues.
