[Support request] Technical Setup for Validating My License

Hello,

I installed the theme in my organization server, but when I am trying to validate the license code, I am receiving an error code. I talk with the infrastructure and seems that our firewall is super strict.

Can you please tell me the technical details for the connection like destination URL, port, and any other info that you consider important?

Hi there,

Without using the secondary API, you should be able to just unblock our domain name: generatepress.com

With the secondary API, you’ll need to unblock this domain: api.generatepress.com

You should be able to do an IP lookup on those domains as well if needed.
