Hello
I would like to display the recent posts in columns like the demo of the Tasty Theme.

Do I need a plugin? Or how can I do?

Hi there,
no plugin required
Go to Appearance > GeneratePress and activate the Blog Module.
Then go to Customizer > Layout > Blog, and enable the Columns option:
