[Resolved] Target theme background

I based my website on the Target starter site from your site library – and some pages have this gradient gray border or frame around the main content area – but pages I create from scratch do not have it. Can you help me find where setting is coming from, so I can toggle it off and on as needed?

That is added with this CSS in the Additional CSS field in the customizer:

It should be added to every page except the home page.
