Hi,
I would like to use the Target demo, but I have a very full existing site and importing the demo content is not a option. I’m wondering if you can point me to the link that shows how you did the formatting for the page? That is, what are the featured image size for the homepage, how to set the 3 linked boxes on the homepage, how to set the blog posts area (- with “read more”) – etc?
ThanksAugust 12, 2020 at 11:36 am #1399484LeoStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Are you referring to this section here?
https://www.screencast.com/t/FShj0NWQm6EIt’s done with WP Show Posts plugin:

Let me know if this helps 🙂
August 12, 2020 at 1:31 pm #1399635Mowahwah!Hi,
I’m actually referring to the entire demo home page for Target: the header image (- with the box/text link), the area immediately below that (the 3 sections with clickable images), and the last part, the posts (- which you have said is created by the show posts plugin). How do I get the rest of it set up? What exact dimensions should the homepage photo be to display like the demo, and how do I set up the 3 sections with the clickable images?
August 12, 2020 at 1:42 pm #1399650LeoStaffCustomer SupportThe first two sections here are created with GenerateBlocks:

https://generateblocks.com/The image size is controlled by the top and bottom padding of the container block as it’s a background image:

August 12, 2020 at 2:25 pm #1399720Mowahwah!Hi,
What is the easiest possible way of setting up the homepage as it is in the demo of Target?
Downloading these plugins and figuring out how to assemble them as they are displayed in the homepage sounds like a lot of time.If I set up a staged website, I have to download Generate Press and I don’t think I have a license for another site.
I wouldn’t mind just installing the homepage demo on a page on my active site, but I am not sure how to do that.
I do know that I did try to regularly install the demo and content on my active site, but couldn’t (- and I know this was not a smart move).
Thanks

The GP Premium license is for unlimited sites so this isn’t an issue.
August 12, 2020 at 2:47 pm #1399748Mowahwah!Ok, so. If I installed GP premium on a dummy site and installed it, etc. How would I transfer that content over to my main site?
August 12, 2020 at 2:48 pm #1399749Mowahwah!Would I just take the page, switch it to HTML, copy/paste into a home page for my site? And make sure that the necessary plugins were installed?
