Dear GP support team,
Really I've some confusion regarding adding tags.
I've created one tag for my post and tried to make it opens in new window to avoid duplication, however when clicked the tag (online business) opened as the link shows.

My site http://www.gloobally.com

Hi there,
That tag link looks normal to me.

So the problem is that you would like it to open in a new window?

Right Leo, I'd like the link to open in new window.

Looked into this and can't find a core way to do it.

You could potentially do it with javascript, but it might be a little hacky. Would a user expect a new window to open by clicking a tag?

I'm not sure I understand. The link to the tag will take you to the tag archives page, which is what you're seeing in the second screenshot. That page will display all posts which have that tag.

That's core WP behavior.

yes the link of the tag leads me to the home page (the Archive page) and open at the top of the page above the posts excerts.
As you can see in the second screenshot https://gmkr.io/s/59e220daaed20da44964b69c/0

As you can see at the bottom of this site https://tinyurl.com/y7q54npl there are these Tags

Blog Digest, Blog Email Newsletter, Blog Newsletter . And when clicking the first tag (Blog Digest) it will open on this page https://blog.aweber.com/tag/blog-digest.

That is what I want for my tags .

Regards

Your site looks like it's doing exactly what that example site is doing. The tag page is just an archive that displays posts tagged with the selected tag.

Are you trying to change something about the header on the tags page?

Ok, I get the point!
Thanks for your patience.

No problem! Let me know if you have any other questions :)
