Tags link not working

Hi, it's Ali again I a Premium user, and using Generate Press on my website, I am really satisfied and happy with the theme, but I have one issue, On my website, all of my posts are classified into categories, Tags, which users can see under the post, Clicking on the tags should open a new page having all posts that are classified with that tag, (this is what happen normally with any theme) but in my side, this is not working, if someone clicking on my post tags they are seeing a No Results found page, Can you please help me on this, For your reference, I am sharing the link to one of my posts, and in the bottom, you can see categories and tags, Categories are working fine, but tags are not working.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Hi Thanks for your response, I checked multiple times by disabling all plugins one by one, but the tags links are not working, Also, I checked by putting everything on disable, and it's still not working

I don't believe this is theme issue as the archives are generated and handled by WordPress completely.
Can you try switching to a Twenty series WP theme and see if the tag archive links are working when clicking View?

Hi, I just checked this, and tags are not working on the other theme too.

go Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and remove anything you have in the Tag Base field.
