I've been using GTM for years, but for the past months the outgoing click count differs more and more from what is expected. For instance Jetpack reports twice as many clicks in February. Recently I switched from Insert Headers and Footers to using hooks. It did not help. Gachecker.com reports everything as ok.

Theres not anything that the theme does to interfere with that data
