Tablet and Mobile menus broken

I've no idea what I'm doing here, I have maxmegamenu installed, but not active on the secondary menu.
Here's what's happening.
On mobile view. I get the hamburger but no menu when clicked
On tablet view I get the maxmega menu as icons and submenus.. so works fine, however I get another menu underneath which is a horizontal version of the main menu.
On desktop (if I have secondary menu enabled) I get a horizontal menu also.
Am sure it's down to custom CSS, but where do I look first to sort this mess out?
Also (weirdly) when I access the menu options in the admin, the CSS screws up, but only on that option in the admin area.

I would recommend clearing and disabling your caching plugin first to see if that solves the issue.
If not then please check with the plugin support first.
My mistake, I thought I mentioned the plugin wasn't active for the secondary menu. Clearing and disabling caching didn't change anything.

They say it works out of the box... you may want to check with their support to see what the issue is.
