TablePress js not working... 'might' be GP? or my caching?

Hi Tom, before I hassle the TablePress guy, could GP be behind the issue of some the plugin's table sorting js not working? I"m also using Autoptimize & W3 Total Cache plugins, could they stuff up the js?
It appears to be my caching plugins :)
FIXED:
Exclude scripts from Autoptimize: jquery.js
