[Support request] Table of contents on Sidebar

I want to show the table of contents on the left sidebar and when a visitor scroll down I want him to see the headline is highlighted which h2 or h3 he is reading.

I have seen this kind of table of contents on bloggingx.com

I want the table of contents like that. You can take this a example of what I am want it look like.

How can I do that?

It will be very helpful for me.

Is there any free solution regarding this.

Currently I am using Easy table of contents plugin and the TOC is fixed before the first H2.

Can I do that with this plugin or any other plugin??

No free option that i am aware of.
And modification to an alternative plugin would require custom development.
You may want to ask the Easy TOC plugin author if thats something they can assist with.
