Table of contents and Title got mixed

The issue seems to stem from the float property of the TOC. It would be best to reach out to the support of this plugin regarding this, or if you would like to override this behavior, you may try this CSS in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

div#ez-toc-container {
    float: unset;
}
