    Yes please.

Much easier if we can see the issue.

Ok so which heading should I be looking at here?

Can you provide the text so I can search in the link provided?

    Absolutely

You can check out the text: Keto Diet for Beginners: A Complete Guide

Should be right above the first image.

So that text is set to be a level 2 Heading (H2). In my Customizer, I set it to have a font-weight of 600 I believe, but it is not showing that.

I basically tried all the font-weights from 100 to 900, and bold. None of them changed the weight for my headings.

It does look like it’s showing 600 already.

This is what I’m seeing when I use browser inspector:

It’s not making the changes on my side.

Here’s what it looks like in my Customizer:

The text-transform works, but not the font-weight.

I’ve tried publishing it to see if it was maybe only a problem with the preview, but it didn’t work. I did clear cache as well.

Any chance you’ve tried disabling all plugin except GP Premium and activate the parent theme to test?

If this still doesn’t work, can you send me the dashbaord access with the plugins disabled?

You can send the dashboard access using Account Issue here:

    Haha, right?

Yeap, I tried again with all plugins except GP Premium disabled and it didn’t work. I do not have a Child Theme.

Done, I just sent you all the info for Dashboard access through Account Issue (all plugins except GP Premium are still disabled).

Can you test with the browser incognito mode or another browser/device?

    I’m using Chrome.

I’ve noticed this on my Macbook Pro after the recent update. Do you have a Windows machine you can try out just to confirm?

Alright, Leo and Tom. You guys might have cracked it.

    Here’s what I found:

    1. MacOS Catalina version 10.15.4 and 10.15.3

    • Brave Browser: doesn’t work
    • Google Chrome: doesn’t work
    • Safari: this one works

    2. Windows 10

    • Firefox: this one works.
    • Internet Explorer: this one also works.

Interesting… It looks like that might be the issue! I did try with my older 2012 non-retina MacBook Pro and it also had the problem.
