Yes please.
Much easier if we can see the issue.
April 29, 2020 at 8:16 pm #1262267ChristianYou got it, I just changed the font to System Stack.
April 29, 2020 at 9:12 pm #1262288LeoStaffCustomer SupportOk so which heading should I be looking at here?
Can you provide the text so I can search in the link provided?
April 29, 2020 at 9:20 pm #1262292ChristianAbsolutely
You can check out the text: Keto Diet for Beginners: A Complete Guide
Should be right above the first image.
So that text is set to be a level 2 Heading (H2). In my Customizer, I set it to have a font-weight of 600 I believe, but it is not showing that.
I basically tried all the font-weights from 100 to 900, and bold. None of them changed the weight for my headings.
April 30, 2020 at 9:10 am #1263426LeoStaffCustomer SupportIt does look like it’s showing 600 already.
This is what I’m seeing when I use browser inspector:
https://www.screencast.com/t/5rXnSWvOobApril 30, 2020 at 10:19 am #1263549ChristianIt’s not making the changes on my side.
Here’s what it looks like in my Customizer:
The text-transform works, but not the font-weight.
I’ve tried publishing it to see if it was maybe only a problem with the preview, but it didn’t work. I did clear cache as well.
April 30, 2020 at 10:44 am #1263584LeoStaffCustomer SupportCan you try this option instead?
https://www.screencast.com/t/P9mwkE1mApril 30, 2020 at 10:50 am #1263600ChristianAbsolutely, here’s what happens:
https://www.screencast.com/t/b3lq5LCZZdApril 30, 2020 at 10:55 am #1263608LeoStaffCustomer SupportHuhh..that is super strange. Here is my test:
https://www.screencast.com/t/fzTtXdgEVWWAny chance you’ve tried disabling all plugin except GP Premium and activate the parent theme to test?
If this still doesn’t work, can you send me the dashbaord access with the plugins disabled?
You can send the dashboard access using Account Issue here:

Yeap, I tried again with all plugins except GP Premium disabled and it didn’t work. I do not have a Child Theme.
Done, I just sent you all the info for Dashboard access through Account Issue (all plugins except GP Premium are still disabled).
April 30, 2020 at 5:03 pm #1263965LeoStaffCustomer SupportSeems to be working for me:
https://www.screencast.com/t/3mK1KaKbCan you test with the browser incognito mode or another browser/device?
I’m using Chrome.
April 30, 2020 at 5:07 pm #1263970TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperI’ve noticed this on my Macbook Pro after the recent update. Do you have a Windows machine you can try out just to confirm?
April 30, 2020 at 6:00 pm #1264039ChristianAlright, Leo and Tom. You guys might have cracked it.
Here’s what I found:
1. MacOS Catalina version 10.15.4 and 10.15.3
• Brave Browser: doesn’t work
• Google Chrome: doesn’t work
• Safari: this one works2. Windows 10
• Firefox: this one works.
• Internet Explorer: this one also works.April 30, 2020 at 8:06 pm #1264109TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperDid some digging and found this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/61256915/system-ui-css-font-family-in-chrome-doesnt-recognize-font-weight-above-certai
Which points to this: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1057654&q=component%3ABlink%3EFonts%20system-ui%20macos&can=2
Wonder if that’s what’s going on here.
May 1, 2020 at 9:24 am #1265150ChristianInteresting… It looks like that might be the issue! I did try with my older 2012 non-retina MacBook Pro and it also had the problem.
